Oh I’m sorry, definitely not my intent. Any suggestions on how to frame it? I do think there is a disadvantage for short men, and curious how people work around it (I mean men are breaking their legs to get taller).

The managing partner at my law firm is like 5'5" (I'm 5'4") and he's thriving. So it's really not impossible, OP. Maybe it's your attitude that's the problem, not your son's height.

I am your son's height. It's just an obstacle to deal with. It's a lot better than the obstacles some others have to face. It will only be a problem if he allows it to be.
