I'm beyond diaper bag stage but still in the water bottle for a couple kids, snack, wipes etc stage. However I've had the win in no longer looking like a total slob when out with the kids so I want to move beyond my current strategy of carrying a cross body bag for my phone / keys and throwing everything else in a junky canvas grocery shopping tote.

What do you use? Ideally something that doesn't look total "playground mom" but can hold up to a waterbottle spill
