I’m not sure what you are asking. When I was in my thirties, I was a young mom and met other moms having babies. Now I’m in my forties with a kid in elementary, middle and high school. I usually hang out with people around my age.

I guess I liked thirties because people are very social and we hung out as families.

Now in my mid forties, there seem to be a lot of divorces or estranged marriages. A lot of us are dealing with our own parents’ poor health or death so not the most fun times. Also parents of tweens and teens are not hanging around while their kids hang out.

What age do you mean? I live in an affluent area and made good choices and had kids earlier by DC standard in my early 30s, about 80% of the parents are at least 10-15 years older. It's a little odd as they are talking about classic rock and graduating college in the early 90s.
