Remember when the neighborhood in Alexandria called Del Ray lost its collective sh*t when JD Vance bought a house their following his Senate seat win?
What do you think their rection would be if Trump anointed him VP? https://www.nytimes.com/2024/04/27/us/politics/jd-vance-trump-vp.html |
I hope they do. He will not bring any of the voters Orange Man needs to win. |
That would be a win for Biden |
He’d be stupid not to pick a woman. Though I heard the leading woman isn’t too fond of dogs… |
If they were upset because he moved there, wouldn’t they be happy if he became VP because he would be moving out? |
POSs like to stick together. |
I want a Prez-VP who have the spine to make tough decisions and not bend to mob and jettison policy positions you’ve held for 50 years. |
Because a best selling author with a Ron Howard produced biopic made about him, who was beloved by even mainstream Dems until he ran for the Senate, would be so horrible, right? I’m sure he’d do nothing to win votes in the Midwest or that his Indian America wife would have zero cachet in a place like NoVA and other places with large Indian and South Asian communities. |
JD Vance has much more electability than anyone in the Republican Party including Trump. He has a crossover appeal to independents and blue collar Dems because of his economic policies, he has the star power, his Yale degree and demeanor can appeal to UMC voters in the suburbs more than Trump, and his multiracial family is his ace in the hole.
He’s the #1 contender when Trump leaves. |
I thought he was picking the SD Governor Kristi Noem |
Well, that's certainly one way to describe J.D. Vance, although it's not the way I'd describe J.D. Vance. |
See, I want a president and VP who know what they don't know instead of being always wrong but rarely in doubt. |
It’s going to be Tim Scott. |
POSs like to stick together.“
Liars too! |
Dems liked him as a documentarian into Trumptopia, not as a political leader. |
