bottled drink with high protein

Anonymous
Looking to get fit and lose weight. My lifestyle needs an off the shelf bottled drink that's high protein but low/no sugar.

What is considered high protein per bottle?
I prefer juice or cane sugar as the sweetener. I don't want artificial sugar, that includes stuff like stevia and monkfruit. Is there anything like this out there?

Maybe you can just drink low fat milk?

But it's only 8g of protein per cup. I was under the impression that i should be being 15g per cup. And milk has no fiber.

Why? What are you looking for? A snack or meal replacement?

Protein shake? I use a 40g one as coffee creamer and then finish it after I'm done with my coffee.

Fairlife Shakes - There is one that is 26g, and one that is 42g. They taste decent.

I like the Koia protein beverages.

Bolthouse has more protein, but also more calories.

This does not exist. Your best option is the Fairlife protein shake but it has sugar. You will not find a premade drink without sugar.

The solution to this is to change your lifestyle so you aren’t relying on prepacked processed foods. That’s the answer for people looking to lose weight and obtain fitness.

a good rule of thumb when determining if anything is high protein/has a good protein to calorie ratio is to take the g or protein and add a zero. That value should be greater than or equal to the total calories.

So Core power high protein shake is 170 calories and 26g protein. 26x10= 260 260>170 so it is a good source of protein compared to calories.

Can you just put milk in a thermos and add chocolate, vanilla or plain protein powder?
