Is fat the only concern or are you also worried about sugar and carbs?
I make rice pudding with low fat milk and it’s delicious. I love a banana with a drizzle of Caramel sauce and chopped almonds You can make apple Brown Betty with the heart friendly butter replacement and it’s delicious. Fruit pie with only bottom crust or only top crust. Meringue with berries Angel food cake is naturally fat free (but loaded with sugar) |

I make this “cheesecake” with sugar free lemon jello, fat free cream cheese and cool whip and a sprinkle of graham crackers. It’s low sugar, low fat and low carb. It satisfies my craving for dessert. I know I’m going to have haters here but it’s actually tasty. |

I'm not normally a "healthy dessert" person - I eat something full fat or skip it - but I do like blending fresh fruit or berries with yogurt and freezing it in popsicle molds. |
