Where else besides Indeed? And how does one find gov contract jobs? Whatever happened to Man Power type job placement companies?

LinkedIn. I get propositioned all the time. Also, register with temp agencies and tell them you want perm or temp to perm.

If you went on to higher education, check with your college placement office. They may be able to help even if you graduated a long time ago.

Surf the job postings on the websites of companies in which you're interested, using "entry-level" as a search term, as well as other search terms which relate to your education, skills, experience, certifications, degrees, and other possible qualifications. In doing so, you'll also see the backgrounds which are being sought, which may provide insight into what you may need to do to become competitive even if you are not competitive at the moment.
