ATM t-shirts?

Anonymous
An influencer I follow always hypes ATM t-shirts. I went and looked them up today and at $90 each, that’s super steep. Does anyone wear these? Are they all they’re hyped up to be? I might drop by Bloomingdale’s to try one on but curious if non-influencers also swear by them

"An influencer I follow" is NOT something you should ever write or say out loud, OP. Do you understand this most crucial of facts?!?! it makes you look empty-headed, as if you cannot have an original idea on your own.

Unless the $90 shirt can do my taxes or mow my lawn, then yes, it's too expensive.

lol. I happen to like this particular person’s style and she posts daily outfits. As far as I can tell she isn’t sponsored by ATM, but wears these shirts often. How is following a style influencer any different than our mothers reading fashion magazines?

I’m totally willing to pay it if the shirt is worth it (lots of wears, balance of sheerness and weight, fit, etc.) but again looking to see others who have experience with this brand

I find the ATM to be a bit tight but still cute however they get holes in them too easily.
You can find them on sale places in other colors and get them cheaper but I paid full price for the last one I bought and it got a hole pretty quick and I was pissed and said I wouldn’t buy again.

You can chill a bit. No need to insult, so unnecessary.

I had one and I liked it at first but then it pilled and lost it's shape pretty quickly.

Yeah, don't start your sentence like that. You can just ask: "What do you think about this brand?"

Looking up to influencers is foolish. Much more so than being inspired by a fashion mag that has a team behind it, full of people who have made it their career to find clothes (with the degrees to match). The experts at Vogue sure don't want to be compared to a rando on the internet, and they shouldn't. It's like comparing your doctor to an alternate health guru on the interwebs.

If you can withdraw $100, $90 is a good price.

Gross! Didn’t need to know about that last Urban Dictionary definition lol.

Tried on an ATM tee once - ran really small and didn’t seem worth it. For that price I want super soft pima!

I have tried them and I like them but don't feel they are worth the $90. For that price, I prefer Rag & Bone. The ATM tees don't hold their shape as well as R&B and while mine haven't gotten holes yet, the fabric does seem prone to it. My R&B tees have lasted for years with no holes or getting stretched out.
