Red rocks amphitheatre

I'm thinking about planning a trip to Red Rocks Amphitheatre next spring or early summer, for maybe a 4 day weekend.

When do they release dates? Can anyone recommend anything else in the area to round out the weekend? Breweries, hikes, where to stay...low key girls weekend kind of trip. I haven't done my own research yet.

They start releasing slowly over the winter and I would say it’s set by March? Hikes are plentiful (Garden of the Gods, Estes Nat Park), there’s one at Red Rocks you can do too. Golden is a cute town and close to Red Rocks — you can go tubing there too. There’s a wine country area in Colorado you could do too. I think it’s a great idea for a girls weekend, have fun!

No advice (I ended up at a show there randomly as part of a work trip), but wanted to say I think it’s a great idea for a girls’ trip.

Just magical, watching heat lightning behind the stage in a setting like that….

I was driving through Colorado and hoping to catch a show but nothing was on. I was, however, able to take a yoga class at Red Rocks and it was a phenomenal backdrop and an inspiring way to start the day.
