Those who are 5'4"- 5'5" what is your best weight?

I know every body is different. We all carry our fat in different areas and some of us are more muscular.

However, for you, what weight do you feel most comfortable at - and at what weight do you feel most attractive?

I'm tracking my weight now, I'd like to set a target goal - at this point I'm not sure how much I should aim to lose. Just wondering how everyone else feels, thanks.

5'4 has varied by age And I feel like I look fit and healthy

In my 20s 125
In my 30s and 40s 135
In my 50s and now 60s 140

5’5” 135 in the past, but since I’ve been working out a lot and strength training, I’m actually really happy at 145 now. I’m also a 34G so being too skinny makes me look like a porn star and I’m too old for that lol.

OP here - thanks im also pretty big, 34GG or H depending on bra.

My boobs are not shrinking, i think my bottom is tho, even with weight lifting.

125lbs…ideal but haven’t been that since early 30’s. Been about 133ish mid-40’s for a while. So much harder now

Me again. I'm a very fine-boned Asian, so when I was 110lbs, I didn't actually look skinny, just normal. Now 120lbs, in my 40s, sometimes I feel as if I'm carrying too much for my bones. I know people here may not understand, since most of them have a stronger bone structure. My family is very slender.

In my 30's and 40's 130's
In my late 50's and I've gone up to 165 in the last 4 years.

135 is my goal but I'd be happy with 145.
