Any resilience building groups for ASD/ADHD kids?

DC is 11.5 yrs and going to MS in the fall. I'm wondering if other families have benefited from some resilience-building group therapy or have any groups to recommend?

Using SPACE parenting techniques helped build my kids resilience. Check out the online parenting groups and the book.

We can build our kids resilience when we stop accommodating their anxiety. Easier said than done but so worth it.
