Bah - cold snap shriveled my iris bloom

My bearded irises had just started blooming and with last night's cold snap, the opened flowers shriveled up and look ugly.
I'm sure the plant is fine and all the closed buds look okay. Should I snip off the damaged blooms or leave be? |
