I bought a black dress for a cocktail party. It has white piping at the neck and the edges of the cap sleeves.
Does it need a pendant or is the piping enough? |

Agreed. A brooch or statement earrings would be better unless it’s a low neckline (but probably even then). |

You do not want to pair a necklace with that neckline. Big earrings if you must. Perhaps a bracelet or stack. But not a necklace. I'm not saying you absolutely can't pair a necklace with that dress, but it is a style challenge for sure and if you are here asking for advice I'm guessing your styling skills are not advanced. |
