Spanish tutor needed for Summer

| I'm looking for a Spanish tutor for the summer for my current 6th grader who is completing Spanish 1 (which is required by her middle school). Ideally someone who is familiar with MCPS curriculum and can review with her so she doesn't forget over the summer. Can be virtual tutoring. |

| Ask your school counselor or Spanish teacher if they have recommendations or suggestions. We found ours by word of mouth at a local high school where she teaches Spanish. She knows and teaches the curriculum in MC. I just texted her and she’s full. |

| What MCPS middle school requires your child to take a language? Is your child in immersion? If not then how is this a requirement? Language is an elective. |

| No, not immersion. Not elective at our MS. Required for all three yrs starting in 6th grade. |
