Full Service Design Build Companies

We are looking to add an addition to our home. I see many names in our neighborhood - Anthony Wilder, Tabor, Case, etc.

In terms of cost/quality how do these firms rank? Are they all pretty similar in terms or cost/quality or are these major differences if you were to get multiple bids.

We used Four Brothers and we are pleased with the results. Pricing was slightly higher than others but they did great work.

Stay away from Harry Braswell.

Are you in DC proper? How good were they at dealing with the permit office?

We are in DC proper. They did great from what we can gather. Project stayed on schedule from drawings to finish.
