Best dr in MoCo to help with acne scarring?

I have some depressed scars from acne as a teenager. I’ve had procedures but it’s been 25 years and I’m sure there are new things to try. Would love to hear what you did to smooth out scars (discoloration not an issue).
I’ve done micro needling at home. It was too shallow to do much.

Also need a good dermatologist for Botox.

MoCo preferred- Bethesda, Rockville, Chevy Chase if possible.
