Lol - I learned it’s also called a bunionette! I’ve got them, but not so bad that I need surgery. Buy shoes with massively wide toe boxes. My shoes look like clown shoes, but removing the pressure alleviated all of the discomfort. I’ve also been doing a better job pumice stoning the callouses that form near my little toes. I also use yoga toe separators - it helps with the overall health of my feet these days. I’d go to an orthopedist who specializes in feet. They can run scans to rule out the need for surgical intervention. But seriously, turns out as adults we should all be expecting to go up in shoe size. Who knew??

I also have the yoga toe separators, which I wear before bed each night. I should try an orthopedist. If you are in DC, do you have one in the area that you recommend?
