Tell me about electric bike

Anonymous
I did not ride a bike since college days. By the time I decided to buy one in my middle age, it didn't last long because I developed severe arthritis in knees and I find it difficult to pedal. I only ride around the neighborhood and on paved trails. So not exactly exerting myself. Given the pain, I just gave up.
It just occurred to me if electric bike would be helpful for me? My need is pretty limited. If I can tag along with the kids to the park, I am happy. Electric bike seems expensive for my needs but at this point I am trying to figure out if it will help.

Yes, go for it! I have a rad power bike. The battery lasts for a long time, you can increase how much battery assist you want, and the tires are big so it’s a comfy ride. I live in a hilly area, so it’s great.

Hey there!

Electric bikes could be a great solution for easing that strain and keeping you active with your kids. While they can be a bit pricey, they might just be worth it for the added comfort and enjoyment. Test riding one could give you a better idea of how it feels and if it's worth the investment.

Moreover, the battery lasts really long, so you can ride 30 to 60 miles.
