Which business credit card?

Finishing up fellowship and will be employed part time as a W-2, but also starting as a 1099. I'd like to start building up good points (either for travel or monetary rewards) and am wondering if anyone recommends a certain credit card to use? It won't be a ton of charges on the card - I'm guess about $20K a year (to pay for malpractice, some electronics, gas), but I do think that my percentage of 1099 will grow, as will the charges. Don't have lots of money right now to pay some of the start up costs, but I will say we tend to fly delta w/ my husband's points if that makes a difference.
