| I'm a parent of an 8th grader there. What I've heard from HS parents is that the administration is better, the transition teacher not so much. If you have a kid with borderline IQ/LDs, executive function needs it's probably the right place for you. There are fewer kids on the spectrum there. You also see kids with physical disabilities. Have you already been to CIEP? Are you comparing to a high school learning center? What I like about it is that there is a critical mass of kids and it feels like a real school instead of feeling like an appendage on a typical school. |

| No. Not a fit at all. If your kid can do typical high school homework then KTS is not for you. There are some diploma track kids--not sure of the percentage--but I don't see it. |
