Favorite small towns

Have you had a great time visiting a smaller town in the US or abroad, rather than the larger famous cities?
I'll start. In France, I've enjoyed Uzès, Saintes and St Valery-sur-Somme. |

I do. I don't have a bucket list, and I don't need to see any more large cities with Starbucks, the Gap, and H&M. |

We do both. A few nights in a big city and then get out for a bit to the surrounding areas. I love a big, bustling city, but it’s always a relief to decompress for a few nights in a quieter little town. |

I don’t know that one, but NC has some great little towns. Edenton, Washington, Beaufort… just to name a few along the coast. |
