This bill creates the Unitary Executive.

The parts that reluctant congressmembers were worried about, the president promised that he wouldn't do those parts, or would do them more. IOW, he would ignore Congress and do whatever he felt like. They were reassured by that and voted for the BBB.

Setting aside the current investigations into 2024 voting irregularities, the math still works. Each candidates took about half, but only 65% of eligible voters voted. Trump won with about 37.5%of eligible voters. Our own laziness helped to put us on this path.
