Spouse makes significantly more income, how do you handle it?

We started out marriage with basically no money. So there was no issue with pooling everything. We built our financial identity together and so honestly it have no idea how to do it any other way. My husband honestly doesn’t care what I spend. But he is cheap and it pains him to see my spending. So we have agreed that I will use my own credit card. He knows roughly what I spend each month and he doesn’t care about it - but seeing the charges show up on his app was becoming an issue. This, by the way, is true regardless of what I am spending on - i could be buying him socks or paying for my daughter’s haircut. He is stuck in the 1970’s on what things “should” cost. But he has no issues with our overall spending if that makes any sense.
