Biggest Loser Finale *SPOILER ALERT*

Now that my metabolism has slowed, at my heaviest I'm about 115 but you would never look at me and think I'm anorexic because my frame is small and I clearly have fleshy hips and a pooch and meat on my bones. When my best friend is 115 she looks like a toothpick, but when I'm 115 I don't at all...and while she might wear a size 0 at 115, I usually wear an 8 (I'm "hippy")...so a lot of it has to do with your body type and frame.

OK, but clearly that's not the case with the BL winner. It's obvious by how much her face has changed and how teeny her arms are. She doesn't have a truly petite build and thus is clearly underweight.

She says once she left the ranch, she followed the 1,600-calorie-a-day eating plan she'd been given on the show, and began working part-time so she'd have enough time every day to take as many as four exercise classes.

...w....t...f....she switched to part time so she could do FOUR exercise classes per day?

Exercise bulimic

I dunno, if it would guarantee me that much money I could be anorexic for a few weeks. She'll get paid and put it back on. It was just to guarantee a win.

That's what it is supposed to do.

She probably does a lot of squats. I wish my butt looked like hers.

I would lipo it.

You need help. Too skinny and no ass is not cute, sexy or even flattering. I hope you don't have a daughter.

What do you want to bet NBC & the Biggest Loser do some kind of "very special episode" on Rachel, to profit off of this?

Chris Powell's "Extreme Makeover" is a much better show documenting weight loss of seriously obese people - it's more an honest reflection of the struggles and setbacks over an entire year, rather than some race to the thinnest gameshow. The Biggest Loser is really such an awful concept.

I'm the same. I'm 5'4" and was always 108-110 lbs, size 2-4, very small frame, could easily wear girls clothes size XL. Since turning 42 yo, I've gained a few lbs and now am between 115-120 lbs and wearing size 6-8 pants.

Looking shocked. I hope they will help her.
Yes, that's what they should be concerned about. All this talk about her wanting to win money. It's possible that that is all it is but I think the greater concern is that she has an eating disorder. I would be very worried about her health if I were them.

155 at 5'4?? seems rather large
Different poster here. It all depends on your build. All this discussion of how tall some posters are and how much they weigh isn't sufficient to really compare where people are. Some people have more muscle and are stockier so they normally weigh more and they wear a larger dress size. I'm just over the right BMI for my height but that's because I'm muscular and very fit. I also wear a size 12 but you would never know that from looking at me.

What I like about Alison is that she has curves. She isn't slim by classic tv/film standards.

NP here. My sister has these stats. She is 25, very broad, strong and athletic -- when she wears tights she looks like a ballet dancer. But she has this awful tire around her waist that just won't go away. DDD boobs are probably an extra ten lbs many people wouldn't have factored into their BMI. So I can see how someone could be this weight and be healthy. I still wouldn't want to be that size, though. I look chubs when I hit 108.

So tired of skinny shaming! Give the girl a break.

It isn't skinny shaming, this girl looks anorexic. Look at her face. She looks terrible and unhealthy. This show and NBC need to address this train-wreck head on b/c they are sending a message that this girl lost weight in a healthy way. Clearly she didn't. NBC cannot send this awful and unhealthy message to its viewers. Just look at the faces of those trainers. They are horrified. They know they are looking at an anorexic. This girl had disordered eating to begin will (making her obese) and now she has disordered eating (making her anorexic). They have a responsibility to help her and to send the appropriate message to their viewers.

I like that she has had 2 babies and was huge during her last pregnancy. The weight did not melt away magically. You can tell she has worked hard to get a fit body--not an anorexic body--a fit body.

here she was at the makeover - I think I read a size 6:

Her arms are like half the size now.

Has she responded publicly yet?
