What's the most irritating generation? Obviously boomers, but after that?

You guys are the ones handing your alpha kids an iPad to keep them quiet in any situation. Gen Z is at least calling you guys out on it. I’m hoping that Gen Z will turn things around!

Because Gen X just doesn’t even show up. At work, we have huge numbers of Gen X but when the boomers retired, none of them applied for supervisory positions. They basically just gave it all to millennials while they leaned out.

Generally - with many exceptions - Gen X does not want to devote 70 hours a week to your company's quarterly targets. They are... abiding.

Boomers and Millennials seem to be the corporate machines that derive their meaning from office work.
