“Real Republicans”? Trump has the support of the vast majority of Republicans. He won an open primary. Yet, you only call his minority of detractors “real Republicans.”

Trump has not told us he is planning to end our democracy. Neither have these couple of former staffers who haven’t spoken to him in years and have no knowledge of his plans.

He actually said he is going to be a dictator on day one, unleash the military on civilians, jail his political opponents. Dear gawd. Are you not listening to his actual words?

After several months, it was clear that those staffers were not prepared for the job and were not able to answer questions when Harris asked them during meetings. She cleaned house and got better people in - her people. It has been fine since, and the ones that were fired had sour grapes.

Harris’s fired employees have sour grapes, but these few officials that Trump let go have legitimate criticisms?

I might add that Trump has been greenlighted this far. His assaults on women. His asking Russia to spy on his political opponent on live TV. His nepotism. He’s a felon. Doesn’t matter. He enabled J6, doesn’t matter. Courts agree. Why in the world would he think there are limits now? Why wouldn’t he believe he could whatever the hell he wants? He said he could kill someone on 5th Avenue and support wouldn’t wane. Only a person testing the limits would say something like that.

That’s not how authoritarianism works. Once they are in power, it doesn’t matter because elections are futile. Do you really think Putin gets 80% of the vote? We still have elections people will still vote but the outcome will remain in control. And if you think that’s a good way to live, I recommend taking a trip to Russia or Hungary and seeing how great it is over there for people.

You are forgetting Elon, Peter, Bannon and others are there to pick up the slack. If they have the backing of enough military, then what?
