Ok, this is a little weird. Some news outlets are reported severe injuries, including losing an eye, but others are saying he was slightly injured. Tehran Times has a quote from his wife saying he had a “minor injury” but doing just fine. She made it sound like he was going to fully recover.

Why the change in narrative?

Yeah, I'm not sure what is the truth. In the NYT article, it says this is per two anonymous Revolutionary guards.

If his injuries were more serious, Iran may be pushed to retaliate by hard liners. Therefore, they may be trying to downplay the injuries. But who knows.

I think Israel is playing offense instead of waiting for Hezbollah to launch a terror attack a la October 7 (ICYMI: terrorists are big fans of anniversaries!). Israel succeeded in disrupting the terror group’s communications infrastructure—a brand new comms infrastructure imported from Hungary and bankrolled by the bad guys plotting against Israel.

I think it’s rather weird to fixate on him—or any one person—when the reality is the situation entails the country of Israel being surrounded by countries with active terror groups hell bent on destroying Israel, the entire western world, and basically anyone who doesn’t worship their special breed of religious extremist nonsense.

Good. It might have military power and technology but in many ways Israel is a failed state and the sooner it ceases to exist the better. If we can relocate Haitians to Springfield, Ohio, I’m sure we can make room for some more Jews too.
