Reach out to customer service and find out. Probably yes! I've had really good experiences with Quince. I even got a used Quince sweater on ThredUp and I'm really happy with that, too. |
Their stuff is SO hit or miss for me:
Loves - European linen shirt and shorts, cotton turtleneck. Excellent quality, construction and comfort for both. Just OK - Baby alpaca sweater. It's super soft, but quite thin and started shedding/pilling after just a few wears. Still fine if you use a sweater shaver though. Trash - The silk skirt. Looked nice out of the package but started coming apart after 2 wears and is paper-thin. Would never buy again. |
What are you talking about? You have 365 days to return anything. I’ve returned a ton of stuff. Also you guys don’t seem to understand that these are knockoff products made in different countries by different manufacturers. The quality varies drastically because they’re all made by different people using different materials. Some things are great, some are terrible. |
I totally disagree. I've bought multiple items from there and have been blown away by the quality for the price. It's very nice stuff. |
Re: return policy - I bought something on sale once and they allowed me to return it (it was defective). That was very nice. I had to prove it was quince (glad I didn't remove the tag) and show photos of the defect. |
I have had great luck with Wuince, including the leather woven tote and the washable silk shirts |
I wore a sweater twice and it basically fell apart. I chatted with customer service, sent in some photos, and they offered either a refund or exchange. I took the exchange (for an different item) and donated the sweater. They were great about it. |
