Why is Dakota Johnson wasting her time with Chris Martin?

I think the comparison with Aniston is apt. Had one lucky break and has been in otherwise mid projects. Super woo-woo and unable to live with other people. No kids is a blessing for people like that - too much attention paid to someone else.

She's the Jennifer Aniston of her generation.

She's nowhere close to the level of fame Jen had at that age.

Dakota peaked a while ago. She'll continue to get work but noone is beating down her door in the same way.

To be fair, Coldplay peaked well over a decade ago. Though I’m sure they still print money on tour, from streams and licensing royalties.

I just went to their concert and it was probably the best I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to many. They have not peaked.

I’m neutral on Coldplay but I think almost any artist who has played the Super Bowl halftime show would describe that as their peak, and that was indeed a few months short of a decade ago.
