In other news, poor neighborhoods are majority black and wealthy ones are majority white and Asian. DC is no better in this regard and distinctly more southern about it, just in deeper denial.

I would call Pennsylvania culturally conservative even in the cities. Many people vote do Democrat, but they’re not California Democrats.

I know many very wealthy and very successful Black families who live on the main line. There are some ridiculous stereotypes on this thread.

I have the money to live on the main line, but I’d rather live in Bucks County, Media, Swarthmore, West Chester or live in the city & send kids to private. Lots of options.
