Honestly, I think he's the worst cast member they've had in decades.
It's not only the lack of humor, there's also this arrogance to him that is very off-putting |
I love him. Not all the skits on SNL are funny though. The season has been painful. |
Hilarious!
|
He's actually one of the few I like. |
This exactly. One or the other is tolerable, but not both. |
I think he's almost always hilarious, and definitely one of the funniest cast members they currently have. I also like Mikey Day, Marcello Hernandez, Punkie Johnson, James Austin Johnson when he does Trump, Ego Nwodin, Kenan Thompson, Devon Walker, and the Weekend Update duo (althoguh I'm super sick of the lazy joke that Colin is a rich racist, which is only 50% true and has been beaten to death). I think Marcello might be one of their funniest new additions in years -- he has great timing in almost all his skits.
Of the rest, a few are okay, and then there are a few that are just painfully unfunny. I won't be mean and name them by name, but there are definitely some "featured players" that they could stand to re-direct onto new paths. |
He’s awful. I don’t get how anyone could find him amusing. Arrogant, yes. Funny, no. |
Dude is not funny |
I love him! Sarah Sherman, on the other hand… |
Bold prediction: Sarah Sherman is going to be head writer in about five years. You can totally tell the stuff she writes and it’s more creative than anything they’ve done in years. I don’t love all of it but it’s different and not another musical cold open or game show sketch. |
That’s fine. As long as she stops acting. She’s terrible as an actor. |
How can you tell what she has written? |
Love him. Iceberg was hilarious. |
Agree. He’s so funny. Even the drivers license sketch - he’s barely in it but he cracks me up every time. He’s hilarious as jafar. And great in fire island. |
I love Bowen. What's wrong with you haters? |
