| Our DD is starting Sidwell Friends Lower School in the fall. We are looking for a short term apartment/townhouse beginning August 1 nearby that is no farther than 10 minutes drive from school, ideally walkable, at least two bedrooms, and allows dogs, with parking for about 6-9 months before we move to a house in upper NW. If anyone has thoughts on great ways to find our temporary home, would be grateful. |
| Isn’t this what realtors do? |
| Yes, just seeing if anyone has experience or recommendations. |
| Cathedral Commons is quite close and pet-friendly (to an extent). There are a slew of new apartments at City Ridge but I think they are probably some of the most expensive in the city. |

Mclean Garden or Vaughan place right across the street.
Harder to get such a short lease, but maybe from an owner. |
This won’t work because Sidwell’s LS is still in Bethesda, until at least 2029. |
| There are lots and lots of apartment buildings in downtown Bethesda. If you don't have a realtor, you can Google. |
| We have a rental house in downtown Bethesda that will be available in August. Rent is $3000/month. Parking on the street with permit and we are willing to rent short-term (as we will most likely be selling next year). We allow pets. If you post your contact details, I will get in touch. |
That sounds great — my email is melissawilf@gmail.com and we can go from there. Thank you! |
