Predicting talent for professional sports is difficult. Professional teams in all sports spend a lot of time and money trying to predict who will be good, and they get it wrong as much as they get it right. Sometimes it takes longer than expected for a player to develop. Sometimes it never materializes. She’s still just a kid

CONCACAF is a JOKE...NOVA had 3 players picked by who?...All connections...it's a vacation for the chosen ones playing against terrible countries. No pressure. They could win every game by 10 goals. All the players that were picked are good, but please...NONE of them are that special. Rigged.

That may get them the opportunity, but at a certain point those recommendations don't buy them more time if they don't produce. Often happens after getting into college around here.
