| We got a paramount plus subscription last year to watch Red Stars and Spirit. Looking at the teams websites, it looks like the all games on paramount plus has ended. I'll cancel now or any insight into Olympics womens soccer? |
|
No more NWSL on Paramount. It's now on NWSL+ (which is free to download and free to sign up), and eventually I believe games will be shown on ESPN networks. And maybe another network I can't recall off the top of my head.
I would assume Olympic soccer will be on NBC as I believe that's the network that has rights to all the Olympics coverage. |
|
Peacock would be for Olympics cause of NBC. Paramount + is CBS.
NWSL has the new app yes, and then game of the week Friday nightlights deal on Prime, and then ESPN + app, and some national games on ABC. All over the place but everyone has Prime these days and national games on ABC are improvements so progress for sure. |
|
Nothing like not knowing where the games are to watch.
Streaming is out of control. |
+1000000 we gave up guessing where to watch, uploading apps. we no longer watch NWSL games. |
|
They update their Instagram regularly with charts and tables of how to watch the weekend games. Some are on prime, ion, espn. I am
Unsure if all those games are also On NWSL+. |
| Wanted to add its really annoying and not fan friendly |
So now I’ve got to follow on social media to find a game? And no chance I’m gonna bother getting NWSL+ To few games, summer stuff already going on. Don’t make me hunt for your product. |
| Many games are on prime |
But not all, and that’s the point. |
| This was the same type of streaming deal that killed off the PAC-12 resulting in the Power 4. |
| Don’t get your panties in a bunch, take baby steps from you toxic masculinity and start with the game of the week Friday nights on Prime. Easy enough |
| They keep switching and it’s really frustrating for us followers. |
There are going still be some games on Paramount. From the NWSL website: The NWSL will begin each regular-season weekend with Friday night matches on Prime Video. Each Saturday night that follows will include a double-header on Scripps’-owned ION network, available over-the-air in 123 million homes. A package of regular season matches will air on The CBS Television Network and stream live on Paramount+, with additional matches airing on CBS Sports Network. ESPN will air a package of matches across ABC, ESPN, ESPN2, and ESPN Deportes (Spanish). So really not that hard to figure out |
Don't tell that to some of the PPs who are struggling to figure it out! |
