Kegel bells

Anyone use them and recommend for pelvic floor improvements? I do regular kegels but age the bells a better workout?

No they feel so strange imo. I don't like nonhuman objects inside me... Practice Mulabandha yoga exercise where you connect your breath with pelvic floor movement.

Thanks I'll try this! I don't mind the silicon egg in me, but the dangling weight is sort of awkward.

Yes, I have and with good results. What’s making you want to try something beyond standard kegel exercises?

I used the bells and did other exercises as well. Mostly, I was doing it because I was periodically peeing on myself when working out or running. Honestly, it really helped. The only downside is that DH has trouble lasting with me now and is sore after. 🤷‍♀️
