Kaiser - cost for IVF

| Would anyone be willing to share how much their IVF cost was with Kaiser for Federal Employees? I know Kaiser covers IUI, but wondering if they cover meds or have a negotiated rate for office visits for IVF. |

Kaiser did cover meds as they would any other meds (i.e. pretty high out of pocket cost until you reach the out of pocket max, after which no out of pocket costs. My out of pocket max was 3500 and I reached it, but has two cycles so that would have been a lot more fully out of pocket).
No negotiated rates for office visit, no coverage of adjacent things like anesthesia fees, and no general IVF coverage. |
