Wolford Stockings

I love, love, love the control top Wolford stockings with the Individual 10 and Tummy 20 being my go-to favorites. Both make my legs look freaking gorgeous and also have excellent stomach and booty support. I find myself wearing and washing the same ~6 pairs and they are still holding up pretty good all things considered.

They are really expensive though for just being stockings. Are there any other brands that are less expensive but still almost as good as Wolford in your experience?

Not stockings but tights: DKNY black tights hold up really well. Nice dark black color too.

Calzedonia makes very high quality tights and nylons.

Love the Wolford store in Georgetown - easy to scoot over there but I prefer to shop in brick and mortar as opposed to online.

Wolford are still the best. Falke is a close second but just as expensive.

Some of us like to dress properly. The right stockings can add warmth if needed, and make your legs look flawless.

Agree on both counts, but still. I cannot imagine why anyone would be wearing pantyhose with such frequency that 6 pairs isn’t cutting it. 6 pairs would probably last me my lifetime

Don't know about pantyhose, but their tights are the greatest and last forever.

Wearing tights now because I get cold easily. Afraid that Wolford wouldn't hold up to kids and pets, so I get Hue on sale.

Funny, I just went through my collection of Wolfords and really agonized over what to do with them. I haven't put on a pair of tights in probably 10 years. But I concluded that if they come back in fashion I'd want these, so I put them all in a zip lock bag and threw it in the back of my storage closet.

Are you wearing pantyhose daily? I cannot imagine wearing outside of cocktail attire or a courtroom.
