Life After Rosemary Hills - Bethesda, North Chevy Chase, Chevy Chase, or Private

DC will graduate next year from Rosemary Hills.
If I could make the decision (and this remains to be seen), should it be Bethesda Elem., North Chevy Chase, Chevy Chase, or a Private School? |

| You may wish to ask this question over on the general schools forum, since that is the board for MD and VA schools questions. You may get more responses to your question there. This board is for the District of Columbia public schools. |

Do you have the option to choose?? I thought the next school was determined by geographic location.... We're in the North Chevy Chase zone and while we're not yet there, I've heard really great things about that school. I imagine the same is true for Bethesda and CC elementaries.
From the chatter on these boards and at the pool club, my impression is that the middle school (Westland) is the weak link, although the folks I heard talking about this specifically acknowledged that this may have more to do with the age than the school itself. |
