Crowdsourcing here: Pre COVID, I took a hat making class at the Smithsonian with Anthony Gaskins — a DC area milliner. I understand from articles online that he has a special interest in making hats and teaching hat making skills to cancer patients. I would love to gift a class to a friend. Does anyone know if Mr Gaskins is still offering classes in the DC area? Or if there are organizations focusing on support for cancer patients that might offer this kind of class?
