Easy (make-ahead?) Winter Salad Recipes Needed

Please post your favorite winter salad recipes. Bonus points if they can be assembled several hours in advance.

And I need specific recipes with measurements/amounts. I don't do well with a dash of this, some of that, etc. Sorry... just not a good, inventive cook over here!
