Differences in pregnancies: 20s v 40s

Anyone have babies at both these ages? How did your conception, pregnancy and labor differ from your 20s to your 40s?

Yes, I've had a pregnancy at 24, 35 and am now totally infertile (miscarrying many, many pregnancies) but my last try I would be 40.

I conceived immediately at 24 (accident), 35 (first month) and 37.

Pregnancy at 24 was easy, gave birth early and easy recovery.

Pregnancy at 35 was fine, I didn't go into labor myself, almost had a c-section due to breech presentation until the end but the baby was malpositioned and labor was extremely long. Baby was born unresponsive and landed in the NICU (baby was fine). After leaving the hospital I began having bad headaches - git high blood pressure post partum.

Pregnancy at 37 died in utero at 15 weeks. Since then I've had many more losses and the doctors are totally stumped. I've started a more intense investigation with a super specialist and so far it appears to be the development of an immune response to pregnancy and/or an unknown clotting disorder of autoimmune origins. Both related to high blood pressure developing during pregnancy too. So I fully expect to have a very high risk pregnancy in my 40s if a baby ever survives again in my womb.

20s - easy conception, easy pregnancy (but discovered I go into premature labor!), labor would have been easy except they had tried to stop it and then baby was in distress so they injected pitocin but no pain meds. Worse pain of my life. Birth at 32 weeks.

30s - conception took longer, easy pregnancy, (and received progesterone injections to prevent premature birth), easy labor, except I passed out from losing too much blood. Why do I always have problems?

40s - 3 miscarriages.

Got pregnant on the first try at 35, took six months at 39. Both easy pregnancies and long but uncomplicated vaginal deliveries.
