Miraval?

Semi-inspired by some of the recent posters I’m looking to book a solo spa stay for ~1 week.Looking for relaxation but also an opportunity to reset/regroup after a rough last couple of years.

Daily massages/spa services, good food and nice accommodations are all a must, as well as somewhere where I won’t feel awkward as a solo woman. Miraval seems to check all those boxes but I’m a little hesitant as I’m not all that into yoga/meditation, which seems to be a major focus there, as well as the fact that many of their specialists/clinicians are described as psychics, which isn’t really my thing.

Would Miraval still be a good fit for me or any alternative options people would recommend?

Hi! I’m not a yoga/meditation person either. There are lots of challenges to do like climbing high (I’m afraid of heights) and hiking. Food is great. I went alone 18 yr ago and still wish I could go back. Climbing up onto a disc the size of a frisbee with no supports high in the sky, scared to death, is an achievement I still relish today.
Go! You’ll love it.
