| How involved is your HOA Board in your MCSL swim team? What do they do? What decisions are they a part of? Is the team funded by the HOA? Do they hire the coach? |

| Minimally involved. Swim team committee presents budget to HOA and we receive some money. HOA not involved in hiring |

Swim team is funded separately through dues and board not involved in personnel.
Team does have to get meet schedule "approved" by board. |
