Recommend a quality makeup kit for tween?

| My cousin is having a sleepover for her birthday with some friends and all the parents are okay with them playing around and doing each other's makeup, hair, etc. I'd like to get them something hypoallergenic if possible. It's not for wearing makeup to school. They are too young for that. |

I just got my tween some $10 kits from Sephora and made sure I chose from the ones labeled "Sephora Clean". For a splurge, the Drunk Elephant B-Goldi drops/bronzer is pretty clean and popular.
