Quality of Marble Tile at Floor and Decor?

We are surprised by the prices at floor and decor. Is there a catch? Does a lot of the tile break (we will pick it up)? Rust? Is it too good to be true??

I bought marble tile there and it's been great. No problems.

I've gotten a couple of floors from F&D and have been really happy with their quality. We're buying marble for a bathroom next.

I have marble floors in my foyer and kitchen using tile bought from Floor and Decor, as well as marble flooring and wall tile in three bathrooms. There have been no issues with the tile.

I’ll never put marble in a bathroom, at least not on the floor, unless I live alone and do my own cleaning. There’s a really good chance that within 10 years you’re going to have problems with staining and/or etching.

I got a beautiful marble mosaic there for my backsplash and get so many compliments. No one can believe it was so affordable.

I second the above poster re: etching. We went with a pale colored delicate stone for our bathroom shower several years ago and now have terrible etching. I don't know why the tile salesperson recommended it; in hindsight it made no sense at all. (not purchased from floor and decor)
