What olive oil do you use?

Why? Would you recommend it?

Whatever is on sale. Self-explanatory.

Lucini. I find most olive oil has a very strong after taste and this one does not have one at all. I also like MOM’s house brand.

For cooking I use the 365 Mediterranean Blend at Whole Foods. It's mild and comes in a big can, which is budget friendly.

I buy mine mail-order from DeLallo in the big metal jug. I cook exclusively with EVOO and try to sub it in even in baking so we go through it pretty fast.

Atlas olive oil, ordered direct from them the last 4 years. Great taste and recommended by chefs per some article my husband read.

I have quite a few oils, but use 2 main olive oils. I think right now I have bertolli from Costco for my ‘cooking’ olive oil, and a fancy ($$$) one from a local shop for anything raw (dressings, topping oil).

I bought some from Walmart to get free shipping on a shampoo I needed. Its their store brand, really great value and similar taste as Costco.

If you’re going to consume the fat in evoo, it should be highest quality so you get the polyphenols that are the best health benefit of evoo.

I buy mine from a small orchard in California - the quality is terrific and the flavors excellent.
