Hawaiian roll slider recipes

Anonymous
I’m looking for a slider/mini sandwich recipe that utilizes Hawaiian rolls. I’ve seen one with ham and pickles that the author calls “Christmas crack sandwiches” and another Philly Cheesesteak version from thekitchn.

Anyone have others?

I made two variations on these for a tailgate a couple of weeks ago and they went quickly. I did one with roast beef and sharp cheddar and one with turkey and gouda. Did the rest of the recipe as written (Dijon mayo and everything seasoning) - make more of the sauce than it calls for.

I have had this one, using turkey and Harv art I cheese. Very good.

I don’t have a recipe handy but have made Cuban sliders using Hawaiian rolls

I marinated chicken (tenderloins) in teriyaki, grilled it (the night before bc i prep a lot with our busy schedule), then add a dash of olive oil to a pan to heat up and seal in the flavor.
Put on Hawaiin roll. Kids love pickles with it, I prefer a slice of pineapple and lettuce. Theres usually leftover packet of CFA sauce in the pantry for the win.

I’ve made these with ham and Swiss instead of turkey and Havarti. So unhealthy (All that butter! All that fat! All that sodium!), but really delicious.
