one abused child is too many. this should be a simple but tedious investigation for police. That is, Obtain the class roster if all the years the teacher was at the school,and contact each student about the inquiry.

I feel a lot of rage about him being released and the conviction overturned due to ineffective assistance of counsel. Does anyone know if he had a public defender or private counsel during the first trial? What were the factors in ineffective assistance? It's infuriating that they have to go through this all over again for that reason. I hope the kids involved don't have to testify again (hopefully prior testimony/depositions may be re-used).

This makes me so angry for all the kids and families involved. Just awful.

find out who the teacher’s ineffective attorney was and file a complaint with the state bar.

Doesn’t matter if his atty was pvt or pub. Their conduct was unconstitutional.

What does "conduct was unconstitutional" mean?

That the conviction was vacated.
