I hate salad. I like cooked vegetables but find regular salad - espcially without the fattening ingredients - really boring and unsatisfying, leading me to fill up on junk later.
I really want to get a sandwich but the healthy ones are always chicken breast or turkey, which I dont eat. I usually get tuna (I eat fish) but thats always the most fattening thing. Any suggestions? Especially specific restaurants (fast food type - Cosi, ABP, etc) in the downtown DC area. Thanks! |
| The portions will be too big. Eat a half a sandwich. Can you bring your own? A half a sandwich and a piece of fruit? |
| Is there a Chipotle downtown? There's one in Chinatown. What about soft tacos but instead of meat, black beans, salsa, corn, peppers and guac (if you want it)? |
If OP is on WW, Chipotle is a problem. It's high calories stuff. The only thing she should get is the "bowl" (no tortillas) or the salad. |
