For some reason I’m very curious about this! My guess is no—that it’s true love and they want a normal life. But is that naive?

+1 Yeah, probably just a pro forma document stipulating protection of assets acquired prior to the marriage. He'll probably never make anything like Marvel money again, whereas her career is on the upswing.

I don’t know who he’s marrying, but those guys are basically businesses, right? I think they would need a prenup to do the bare minimum of responsible stewardship for the sake of their employees/team. Hopefully a reasonable/generous prenup but you probably need something.
